RFID warehouse inventory pick management

Install a RFID tag on a big paper clip.
Each paper clip/RFID tag represent and order needed to be pick.
When the pick trolley arrives a row, the RFID reader will read the info on the inventory on the ROW,
the indicator in front of the stock will be lighted and picker will pick and store the inventory or parts to a box which was clipped with the RFID labelled clip.
i.e. The stock was pick corresponding order.
However, if the order is an multiple item order or order with multiply items, e.g. same items with multiple counts, then the indicators on the rack with flash or different indicator will be alarmed.
Picker will use the online reader to read the order from the RFID paper clip and understand the nature of the alarm.
e.g. multiple items or multiple units on the order.
If the indicatior on the rack is still on, the picker will get a new clip for another order and keep going.
With RFID, the whole warehouse management will be a lot easy and more accurate.

On managing

Before, there was an enthusatic small team. Everyone fight and smile and it was a happy scene.
Now this is a big group but lost enthusium.
Productivity is not good but a little bit of managed???
What was the verdict?

T. told everyone that I am the leader of the company in the meeting.
He told everyone that I do not want to manage the HK group yet.
After the meeting, he ask me to return to HK to meet every Thursday.

K is doing general management and using some high pressure method
S is doing routine work and not much value.
T is focusing on general superficious stuff. How comes all HK boss are like this.
I must work on both superficious stuff to make him happy as well as the creative stuff to meet the business goal.

Charge back

Alan talked to Dominic on Charge back issue and Dominic said that after he change the bank statement name to the 1-800 number, the charge back reduced by half. It was not a bad idea.
We should use Batteries & accessories 1-800-xxx-xxxx and it should work

Turbo lister, Payment gateway fees

The turbo lister could be modify a bit to fit the needs, if it works, it could be a major improvement.
The P/G fee is too much, will take a close look.
Seems like the politics is ok.
