Because there is no lawyer to confirm the business is legitimate. It was planned to IPO the e-business in 2 year and there are lots' of alternatives to IPO the e-business with others.

PP at risk now, too much competition and sales were down

However, get the new Radio Shack acct and also the net will grow.
T was in a low down state and will jeopardise the IPO move.
It was interesting to see business ups and downs but how comes it happened to a lot of company just before the IPO.

On psychological or mental state

Just like the Chinese say, feeling quite well. It was how you feel, how you perceive things. The same statement, Alan had a better attitute. It is good to have a different perspective in things.
